For over 30 years, Nikki Griffith, MAI, CCIM, Realtor^®, has built a solid reputation as one of the country's most respected real estate professionals. 

Ms. Griffith grew up in the midwest and did her undergraduate education at St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO.  She began her real estate career in 1976, when she was hired by a commercial real estate mortgage brokerage firm representing a wide variety of national investors including life insurance companies, REITs, pension funds, etc.  Ten years later, after earning the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute, Nikki launched her private practice as a commercial real estate appraiser and broker through her own firm, Sandollar Realty Advisors.

In 1990, Ms. Griffith and her family re-located to the Southwest, where she assisted with the valuation and disposition of the portfolios of eight failed savings & loan institutions through her work as Chief Appraiser with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC).  Then she spent nearly 15 years in banking as Senior Vice President and Chief Appraiser for Bank One with oversight responsibility for valuation of a $20 Billion real estate portfolio before retiring in 2004.  

In 2007, Ms. Griffith re-located once again with her entire family and her newly acquired herd of premium of alpacas, to the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  Her husband, Collins, lived in the Washington State area during the 1980s and he had family in the area. 

Today, Ms. Griffith devotes her time to her small business clients, education for banking and appraisers and consulting on a wide range of appraisal regulatory issues.
